Keep to ideal weight, exercise regularly, eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, cut down on red meat and processed meats. A glass of red wine a day. Cut smoking and don’t do recreational drugs. Drink water more than fizzy sugar drinks. Brush your teeth properly and go to the dentist regularly. Check your blood pressure. These simple things will add several years to the average person’s life and keep you aging more slowly.

Combination of all the scientists you mention. Geneticists working with molecular biologists mainly plus those working with adult stem cells. Patrick

We are not yet there, but definitely closing in, at what rate that’s the debate..many challenges lie ahead but the progress is promising. Change of attitude must required, reallocating our research initiatives..YES…finally type SENE on Google

Hello Dr. I am very interesting about the human aging now. In my opion it is very complicated area, because human body is a very complicated thing, especially, when you want to slowdown, or even to stop human’s body aging. How do you think, wich will make most infuential work in stoping aging in the future (if it is possible, of course): biochemists, molecular biologists, geneticists or bioinformaticists? I’ll be very thankful for the answer.
And sorry for my english…

Not sure what to suggest. Some toothpastes are being sold with added vitamin e and some claims. Patrick

There is a solution for ageing. Read the book “Star Age”
We need to clear our subconscious mind and reverse our thought to reverse our ageing.
Type “liveinmatrix” in google and follow the first link to find the secret.

Hey Patrick great videos but how can you help me rebuild my gum loss around my teeth. What foods your recommend to slow the aging process.

“science fiction” 14 years ago–that’s when Osiris challenged Johns Hopkins and NIH researchers with the possiblity of regenerating heart muscle post and acute event. Osiris arranged the first studies on MSCs in regererating heart

Finally a science I agree with 100%. Aging is a barrier to the human race. Wars are started, a race for domination over the weak, all because we know we will one day grow weak as well. One perhaps everyone will reach their “prime” and remain there. We can grow wisdom this way, and not have to retrain generations, fumble over previous mistakes, we can at last ADVANCE.
Death will be but a memory.

reduce SIR2, SCH9, & RAS2 genes in yeast, life = 6x longer. Mammal counterpart is SIRT1 to resist oxidants; store nutrients. It regulates P-genes to have less T-cells to fight off infections. Much like HST1, no good.

Level 0 = 0 - 1994
Level 1 = 1994 - 2094
Level 2 = 2094 - ?
Level 3 = ? - ?
We are currently entering level 1, for example internet is level 1. At level 2 we will be able to start building colonies on the moon.
I think that we’ll be able to stop ageing at level 2. But I’m scared that it will both physically and mentally change our bodies.
At level 3 we will be able to go to other universes as said by the scientists that impose the string theory. So what do you think about this Patrick ?

Ageing is already slowing down if you look at growing life expectancy generally. As for interfering with underlying processes - who knows but expect major progress within 25 years for those with large incomes. Patrick Dixon
